About the Role

At Andersen, we are seeking a highly skilled Capital Investment Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business process improvements and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain expertise in capital investment and related activities, including requesting funding, asset management, project change, invoicing, and closing.
  • Conduct thorough financial and process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations for implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and document current state, ideal state, and future state of various business processes to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial and process analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Demonstrated change management and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in implementing financial application packages and process changes.
  • Power BI report development and Power Apps/Power Automate experience.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification and PMP Certification.
