Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Comfort Inn Bozeman. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down the breakfast buffet each morning, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are well stocked.
  • Carry coffee pots and beverages throughout the room, refill guests' cups and glasses as needed, and remove used dishes and utensils.
  • Clean the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage.
  • Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner.
  • Provide attentive service to guests in the dining area by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Disinfect and clean service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment following health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills with diners and coworkers.
  • Experience working in food service is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED).
