Curbside Associate

The Curbside Associate is responsible for processing incoming curbside orders from our online platform, ensuring compliance with state regulations and providing exceptional customer service.

• Pull inventory from the sales floor and enter products into customer sales orders
• Build and set up profiles in Leaf Logix
• Update all steps during the process of applicable software program applications
• Provide exceptional customer service through education, knowledge of products, and salesmanship
• Answer customer questions concerning price and use of merchandise during outbound customer calls
• Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales
• Comply with all cash handling policies and procedures
• Report on all issues to management
• Keep up to date with all regulations and policies, including state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and register area

• Must stay current and adhere to all policies and regulations of the state cannabis agency
• Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agency
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency
• Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers/caregivers and team members
• Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services or retail environment
• Understanding and knowledge of cannabis products

• High school diploma/GED required
• 1-3 years working in a retail setting, cannabis a plus
