Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to patients' residences to provide healthcare services, typically seeing 4-5 patients per day.
  • Set up and facilitate virtual consultations between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Organize and update patients' medical records, ensuring all relevant information is readily available for providers.
  • Measure and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.
  • Collect blood samples or other specimens for laboratory testing.
  • Administer and fill out health-related questionnaires to gather comprehensive information about patients' conditions and histories.
  • Communicate key details and observations about patients' health statuses to physicians.
  • Perform home visits and provide care without the need to connect with a provider, when appropriate.
Work Environment

Work 75% in home health and 25% remotely. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm. Reliable transportation is required.

Requirements
  • Valid vocational nursing license in the state of CA.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Pay: $35-37/hr.
