Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, issuing, advising, and examining documents presented under letters of credit
  • Providing advice and direction on operational aspects of trade finance to internal and external customers
  • Ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and international standards
  • Resolving complex inquiries and customer service issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in processing letters of credit
  • Strong knowledge of International Standby Practices and Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Compensation: $28.58 - $45.66 per hour, plus bonus and/or commissions. Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $95,000.
