The Customer Relationship Banker II Float serves as a vital connection between TD Bank and its customers, embodying the brand's promise through financial expertise and personalized advice. The position requires flexibility to operate across various locations.

  • Utilizes Customer Relationship Management tools to assess customer needs proactively and lead sales initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Preferred experience in a teller role.
  • Cross-trained to handle customer transactions.
  • Requires adaptability, teamwork, and flexibility to work in diverse environments.
  • Must be able to travel to various work locations within a designated area.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
