QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of psychiatric and cognitive assessment tools and scales.
  • Expertise in medical terminology and clinical procedures.
  • Experience with medical devices and electronic equipment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Aptitude for building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor peers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precise documentation skills.
  • Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of a Master's Degree in Healthcare or a related discipline. A PhD, MD, or DO is preferred.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients.
  • A minimum of 2 years in the medical field or prior research experience.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE - Preferred.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT - The position may require extended periods of sitting or standing and exposure to various settings. Proficiency in handling equipment and effective communication is crucial. While the role may present challenges, it offers a fulfilling opportunity to contribute to innovative research in a dynamic environment.
