We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Theoria Medical. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical care of patients in skilled nursing facilities across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services to patients in skilled nursing facilities
  • Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and programs, including Chronic Care Management and Transitional Care
  • Supervise and train facility clinical staff, including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Theoria Medical's policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Board certification in a relevant medical specialty
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a medical director role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
