Position Overview

In this position, the selected individual will execute various security responsibilities in alignment with contractual obligations and site-specific protocols. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing access control for visitors, residents, and service providers.
  • Upholding Client and Company regulations and procedures.
  • Detecting and reporting potential security and safety hazards.
  • Performing regular patrols throughout the facility.
  • Communicating incidents to the operations manager and other pertinent personnel.
  • Engaging with clients, guests, public safety representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Carrying out any additional assigned tasks as required.

This role may necessitate working in both indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions. It involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, and some computer-related tasks.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum age of 21 years.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • The capacity to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A security license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Skills in utilizing and maintaining specific security software.
  • At least one year of relevant professional experience.
