">As a Hospitality Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and beautifying our historic hotels, lodges, cabins, and other properties. Your daily pursuit will be welcoming and helping our guests by ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
">You will be responsible for preparing lodges, hotels, cabins, staff housing, and other buildings for opening, performing general maintenance and repairs, removing trash, and keeping records of potential safety and maintenance issues. You will also offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed and be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties.
">This job description describes at a high level what a Hospitality Maintenance Specialist does, but no document can anticipate every single task, issue, or project that could come up. ">Required Skills and Qualifications
">We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guest. 2-3 years of maintenance or construction experience is preferred, and a valid US driver's license is required. You will need to be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team, committed to Safety First, organized with a great eye for detail, kind to others, and always bring your best. Good communication skills are essential, and being helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile, is highly valued.
