Job Summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is seeking a highly skilled Security Generalist to join our team. As a Security Generalist, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical security of assigned F-35 facilities at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control access to all F-35 facilities, providing escort when required, and assisting in the planning, evaluation, and execution of program security operations related to Special Access Program Facilities and Operations.
  • Provide assistance to other security team members, as appropriate.
  • Additional duties as required.
Requirements
  • Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program if and when local mission requirements dictate.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) if/when mission requirements dictate.
  • Familiar with conducting security work in classified environments and/or classified materials.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills.
  • Knowledge of DoD Manual Volumes 1-4, DoD Manual Volumes 1-3, ICD 705, and associated Technical Specifications.
Desired Skills
  • Periodic Reinvestigation within the last six years.
  • Knowledge of F-35 Program Security requirements.
  • Experience working on Special Access Programs.
  • Prior experience with GSA containers and document control.
  • Experience working in a dynamic Military environment and be able to successfully interact daily with senior ranking USMC commissioned officers and key GOV stakeholders with confidence, poise, and professionalism.
  • Comfortable making decisions autonomously and successfully operating in a military flying operations environment.
  • Familiarization with Defense Information Security System (DISS).
  • Knowledgeable user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
  • Experience working in SAP arena.
  • Access Control and Physical Security experience ability to perform assigned tasks and 3 Years of experience.
