About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the delivery of clinical services and the management of clinical and support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations to achieve best practice and organizational objectives
  • Implement strategic plans and standards of care and practice in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop, coordinate, and integrate inter-disciplinary programs to improve organizational performance and staff competence
  • Collaborate with Medical Staff and Senior Management to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care across the continuum
  • Ensure continuity of care for patients and their families
Requirements
  • Current and valid New Jersey nursing license
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing strongly preferred
  • Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
  • NRP certification
  • 3-5 years of experience in Maternal Child Services, including Labor and Delivery, OR, and Special Care Nursery within a hospital setting
  • 2-5 years of nursing managerial experience preferred
