We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Service Representative at Midwest Dental Group. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Verify and collect insurance coverage information, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient claims.
- Assist with financial arrangements for patient treatment, including scheduling appointments and managing patient schedules.
- Provide administrative support to the dental team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
