We are looking for a motivated Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at Covenant Hobbs Hospital. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients while working alongside a compassionate and skilled team of healthcare professionals.

About the Position
As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based care. You will also educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques and disease management. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need an Associate's Degree from a Respiratory Care Program or equivalent education/experience. You must also hold National Provider BLS certification upon hire, as well as National Provider ACLS and PALS certifications within 90 days of employment. A Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License is required if practicing in Texas or New Mexico. One year of experience, including the clinical portion of a training program, is also necessary.
