Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life. Our CNAs are hired as W2 employees with benefits, and they can choose their own shifts at our partner facilities. This means you can take time off on any day you like and prioritize your time and work when it makes the most sense for you.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute facilities in the wider area
  • Help residents with mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Monitor residents throughout the shift and alert the broader nursing team to any concerns
  • Check temperature, blood pressure, and other vital signs, and report any abnormal events to supervising staff
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by changing linens and helping to clean residents' rooms, etc.
  • Move residents to and from wheelchairs, beds, and exam tables
  • Offer companionship and a compassionate, engaged ear to residents and their loved ones
  • Understand how to communicate with visitors, family members, and staff
  • Be accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Effective organizational skills and communication skills
  • Appropriate bedside manner
