About the Role

LaborMax Staffing is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer II to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products or services.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct Inspections: Perform thorough inspections using industry-standard methods to ensure conformity to specifications.
  2. Review Blueprints: Carefully review blueprints and specifications to verify that produced goods meet required standards.
  3. Record Data: Accurately record inspection results, summarize reworks and wastes, and input data into the quality database.
  4. Maintain Equipment: Verify that all equipment is calibrated correctly and maintained in accordance with WI and safety standards.
  5. Suggest Improvements: Suggest improvements to workflows (WI) to reduce scraps and enhance product performance.
  6. Analyze Data: Create statistical analysis and reports on the quality of raw materials and finished products as required.
Requirements
  • Desired Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, proven proficiency in computers, Microsoft Office, Excel, and statistical software packages, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong team collaboration.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Estimated salary range $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
