About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Cisco. As a key member of our Common Hardware Group (CHG), you will play a critical role in delivering silicon, optics, and hardware platforms for our Switching, Data Center, IOT, and Compute products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-visibility design engineering projects, coordinating with stakeholders to drive new product development and manage changes to existing programs.
  • Oversee schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets, while resolving conflicts and ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including software and hardware engineering, marketing, manufacturing, customer support, testing, reliability, documentation, supply chain, operations, and finance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or other related field.
  • 5+ years of related experience in Engineering program management.
  • Experience working with multiple complex Hardware/Networking projects in a large-scale environment.
  • Proficient in collaboration and scheduling tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in CS, EE, or other related field with 3+ years of related experience.
  • PMP Certified.
  • Excellent communication/analytical skills.
