Parking Attendant Liaison

At BALD HEAD ISLAND LIMITED, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

We are looking for an individual who is customer-focused, efficient, and able to work independently. If you have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

• Greet guests, employees, contractors, and residents in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain cash registers and associated parking equipment, including monitoring traffic flow and directing vehicles to appropriate parking spaces.
• Collect fees for parking and prepare accurate reports for accounting purposes.
• Ensure the security of vehicles, customers, and employees.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on parking equipment, including working outside in adverse weather conditions.

To be successful as a Parking Attendant, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a related job involving work with a cash register or similar equipment.
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• A valid North Carolina driver's license.

This is a regular full-time position that requires working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
