Lead Surgeon

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior General Surgeon to join our esteemed team at IHC Health Services, Inc. in Burley, Idaho. As a Physician in General Surgery, you will be part of a dedicated group of professionals committed to delivering exceptional patient care and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform surgical procedures with a 50/50 mix of clinic and OR time.">
• Collaborate with a team of two other Surgeons and one APP to provide quality care.">
• Assist with the growth of surgical cases as General Surgery is the busiest specialty at Cassia Regional Hospital's OR.">

What You'll Bring:

• ">
• An MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.">
• Residency training in General Surgery.">
• Board certification or eligibility in General Surgery.">
• An active, unobstructed Idaho medical license, or the ability to obtain one.">
• The ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.">

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $470,900 annually, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance based on distance. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, license reimbursement, malpractice insurance coverage, and an annual CME allowance.
