As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and support our patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed physical therapists in the delivery of patient care, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions as prescribed by the physical therapist.
  • Collaborate with the physical therapy team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
  • Licensed as a physical therapy assistant in the state where the skilled nursing facility is located.
  • Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
