Gastroenterology Specialist

Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist for a permanent position in North Carolina.
Position:
Permanent MD/DO - Gastroenterologist
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, including liver diseases, inflammatory bowel diseases, and GI cancers.
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, such as colonoscopies and upper endoscopies.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits to monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments.
Educate patients and their families about gastrointestinal health, available treatment options, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and treatment protocols.
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO in Gastroenterology.
Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
Strong skills in performing endoscopic procedures and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
