Job Summary

The Quality Line Auditor I is a key member of our team at ClimateMaster, responsible for ensuring the quality of our products at the assembly lines. This role involves performing final audits, inspecting units and sub-assemblies, and verifying that correct procedures and processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits to ensure product quality and conformity to specifications
  • Work closely with line personnel to improve quality and knowledge
  • Verify daily equipment checks and log findings
  • Document nonconforming product and report to management
  • Inform the quality team of potential production stoppages
  • Log daily findings and provide end-of-shift reports
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-3 years of plant-level operations/quality experience in a high-mix/medium-volume environment
  • Basic computer skills with familiarity with AS400 and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write simple correspondence, and present information effectively
