Role Overview

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in evaluating, planning, executing, and assessing patient care services. Contribute to the provision of safe patient care, uphold a secure environment, and address healthcare needs of varying complexities.

Qualifications

  • No specific experience required
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and prior experience in Pediatrics
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program is mandatory
  • Registered Nurse license in Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact, along with BLS and PALS certifications, is essential

Skills and Abilities

  • Participate in staff/clinical meetings and job-related educational sessions
  • Adapt a comprehensive care plan based on patient information
  • Stay informed on nursing research and evidence-based practices
