Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our Enterprise Pharmacy Strategic Initiatives team. As a key member of our Pharmacy Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve medication safety, quality, and patient outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve medication safety and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address medication-related issues
- Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize pharmacy operations and patient care
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
**Requirements**
- Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution
- CA Pharmacist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 2+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy services or supervisor/management experience
- Post-Graduate Year (PGY) 1 and PGY-2 residency or equivalent practice experience
