We're seeking a skilled Master Technician to join our team at SWT Total Car Care, a well-established and family-owned auto repair business in Sioux Falls. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Mechanic, strong mechanical skills, a positive attitude, professionalism, reliability, punctuality, and strong problem-solving abilities. As a Master Technician, you'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire replacements, and brake servicing. Additionally, you'll conduct safety inspections and provide recommendations to customers, maintain detailed records of all work performed, and keep up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies and trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire replacements, and brake servicing.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles using diagnostic tools and software.
  • Conduct safety inspections and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of all work performed.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies and trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanic.
  • Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Insurable and own tools.
  • Demonstrate a good attitude, attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, punctuality, motivated, basic people skills, problem-solving ability, ability to follow directions, work ethic, and ability to use technology.
