Position Overview:
The Seasonal Merchandising Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal product availability across various retail locations. This position involves ensuring that beverage sections, displays, and coolers are adequately stocked and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and replenish product levels on store shelves and displays.
- Transport products from storage areas to display locations using manual equipment.
- Construct, modify, and dismantle product displays as needed.
- Ensure proper signage and cleanliness in product areas.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel regarding product status and any concerns.
- Identify and report any unsafe working conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with product location.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 6 months of general work experience required.
- Preferred experience in grocery, retail, or related fields.
- Ability to lift and manage products weighing up to 55 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
