Job Title: Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and collaborate with a talented group of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' responses to interventions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Intensive Care Unit setting.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of patients, families, and healthcare team members.
