Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing basic hygiene and nursing care, and collecting information regarding patient status.
- Document patient care and treatment in a clear and accurate manner, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication with other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, and participate in training and education programs to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, medications, and treatment plans.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing patient charts.
- Current and valid LVN license issued by the California State Board of Vocational Nurses.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association Provider or American Red Cross.
- 12 continuous months of experience within the last three years rendering direct patient care in public or private institutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Competitive hourly rate: $30 - $53 per hour.
