Key Responsibilities:
The Assistant Property Manager collaborates closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of the property. This role serves as a vital link between guests, residents, and the Property Manager, addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance and tenant concerns.
Your primary duties will include:
- Welcome potential customers and provide tours of the property, showcasing amenities and available homes.
- Facilitate agreements with both new and returning guests/residents, ensuring clarity on contract terms.
- Address questions and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee collection of overdue payments and manage urgent issues that arise.
- Supervise maintenance and custodial teams, ensuring upkeep of buildings and grounds.
- Plan and coordinate events at the property.
- Manage inventory orders and obtain estimates for upcoming projects.
- Maintain calendars and perform various administrative functions.
- Ensure a welcoming and valued experience for all guests and residents.
- A bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in budget management and team leadership.
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and administrative abilities.
- Basic understanding of building structures and maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based tools.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record and current auto insurance.
