The Assistant Property Manager collaborates closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of the property. This role serves as a vital link between guests, residents, and the Property Manager, addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance and tenant concerns.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Welcome potential customers and provide tours of the property, showcasing amenities and available homes.
  • Facilitate agreements with both new and returning guests/residents, ensuring clarity on contract terms.
  • Address questions and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee collection of overdue payments and manage urgent issues that arise.
  • Supervise maintenance and custodial teams, ensuring upkeep of buildings and grounds.
  • Plan and coordinate events at the property.
  • Manage inventory orders and obtain estimates for upcoming projects.
  • Maintain calendars and perform various administrative functions.
  • Ensure a welcoming and valued experience for all guests and residents.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
  • A bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in budget management and team leadership.
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and administrative abilities.
  • Basic understanding of building structures and maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based tools.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record and current auto insurance.
