Job Title: Refinishing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Refinishing Technician to join our team at Superior Contracting & Maintenance. As a Refinishing Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring and refinishing various surfaces, including floors, walls, furniture, and fixtures.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect surfaces to determine the extent of refinishing required
  • Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, and cleaning
  • Apply refinishing materials, such as paint, varnish, or stain, to achieve desired results
  • Repair existing damage or imperfections
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure successful project completion
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials, and time spent on each job
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • General Liability insurance (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in refinishing
  • Proficient in refinishing techniques and materials
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Own tools and reliable transportation
  • Residency in the US
