Key Responsibilities- Administer intravenous medications to patients in their homes
- Build relationships with patients and their families to provide personalized care
- Work independently to make decisions that lead to the best outcomes for patients
- Collaborate with pharmacists and therapeutic resource centers to ensure patients' needs are met
- Document patient interactions, assessments, treatments, and progress
- Active RN license in the state where you will be working and living
- 2+ years of RN experience
- 1+ year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
- Strong skills in IV insertion
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel within a designated area
- Flexibility to work different shifts on short notice
