At Crossroads Continuum, we are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Services Coordinator to lead our team in delivering exceptional speech and language services to students with special needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), ensuring compliance with organizational policies and timely performance evaluations.
  • Clinical Excellence: Conduct comprehensive speech assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust programs to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Crossroads staff, consultants, school districts, and families to coordinate services, support staff development, and enhance student programming.
  • Program Development: Oversee the creation and presentation of student speech programming, manage Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, and provide training for staff on AAC usage.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with protocol development, interview potential staff, and participate in student assessments.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and current Massachusetts teaching licensure (or enrolled in a clinical fellowship program)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in ABA-based treatment of autism
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and CALM certification
