Clinical Care Coordinator

Job OverviewAt Primary Health Care Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing quality healthcare services to our patients. Your day-to-day duties will include clinical care and administrative support as delegated by licensed clinical staff. Our ideal candidate is an upbeat, knowledgeable professional who takes initiative and thrives in a team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Documentation: Documents patient care accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
- Patient Rooming and Intake: Facilitates the patient rooming and intake process and obtains accurate patient vital signs per established workflow.
- Point-of-Care Testing: Performs point-of-care testing per CLIA guidelines and other established workflows. Ensures service orders are completed timely.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for administering medications, immunizations, and treatments per written or standing orders. You will also perform lab and diagnostic testing per written orders, explain testing procedures and preparation, and report test results per procedure.
