We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dentist - Clinical Director to join our team at Aspen Dental Careers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our dental practice, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a patient-centric team of dental professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and respect for clinical judgment and leadership.
- Assume responsibility for the quality of care provided to all patients, adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
- Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions, providing treatment planning options and discussing them with patients.
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency, maintaining an awareness of the budget and working in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
- Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals, promoting professional development and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development, networking with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.
- Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
