- Prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water with detergents or acids as per guidelines.
- Strip, seal, finish, and polish various types of flooring.
- Replace light bulbs and air filters as necessary.
- Assist in moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies manually or with hand trucks.
- Clear outdoor debris and maintain grounds.
- Inform management of significant repair needs or upgrades to building systems.
- Order necessary supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Set up and dismantle decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding for events.
- Carry out any additional assigned responsibilities and tasks.
