Grocery Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Clerk to join our team at Kroger. As a Grocery Clerk, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about products sold within the department and throughout the store.
• Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales and profit goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
