Job Title: 3rd Shift Extrusion Operator

Franklin Fueling Systems is seeking a skilled 3rd Shift Extrusion Operator to join our team in Madison, WI. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the set-up and operation of XP and UPP extrusion lines, ensuring high-quality production and meeting daily production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Follow detailed assembly instructions and procedures
  • Report problems with quality, process, equipment, and materials to Supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Meet daily production schedule as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous experience in extrusion (preferred)
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
