Painter

Hörmann LLC, a leading manufacturer of garage doors, is expanding its dock leveler business in North America. We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in Imperial, PA.

• Apply high-pressure paint guns to large steel parts
• Maintain painting equipment and implement efficient painting techniques
• Collaborate with the launch team to develop and implement painting, welding, and assembly processes
• Verify that painting processes meet all requirements

• Versatility in performing various manufacturing tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of basic manufacturing processes
• Ability to comprehend blueprints, schematics, and work specifications
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
