    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and components to ensure efficient operation and prolong lifespan.
    • Routinely test HVAC systems to ensure proper function and energy efficiency.
    • Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and components promptly and effectively.
    • Conduct leak detection, component rebuild, and replacement.
    • Replace faulty parts or components such as motors, pumps, fans, valves, and thermostats.
    • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

    Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
    • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
