As a vital member of our team, you will embody the principles of integrity, honesty, and knowledge that reflect the culture and values of Mina Group. Your role is to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and receives attentive, professional, and courteous service at all times.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace that aligns with the restaurant's philosophy and standards of excellence. Proactively identify areas for improvement within the team and the restaurant, offering constructive solutions.

Daily operations require efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, teamwork, and initiative. You will need to fully understand all programs, procedures, and training protocols to ensure compliance with our high standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform job duties in accordance with the expectations set forth by Mina Group.
  • Oversee and support the front-of-house team in delivering exceptional service.
  • Take ownership of the bar area, building rapport with guests and recognizing their preferences.
  • Facilitate effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Provide training and guidance to new hires on our beverage offerings and service standards.
  • Participate in team meetings to stay informed about menu changes and new offerings.
  • Process beverage orders efficiently while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Assist in expediting food service to the bar area.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a solid understanding of food and beverage service. A minimum of five years of experience in a fine dining environment is preferred, along with extensive knowledge of mixology and wine.

We seek individuals who are dedicated to learning and growing within a fine dining context, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and cleanliness. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and candidates must meet the legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
