Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ICU/CCU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced intensive care unit setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage life-sustaining therapies, such as ventilators and feeding tubes.
- Administer medications and perform various procedures as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care ICU setting.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
