Job Summary

Achieving True Self is a leading provider of behavior support services, seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavior Intervention Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to provide personalized behavior support services in homes and community settings. As a Behavior Intervention Specialist, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide behavior support services to children in their homes and community settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using ABA principles.
  • Collect data and record in our Electronic Health Records system.
  • Support families and caregivers in implementing new skills.
  • Be a steward of ATS's mission, vision, values, and beliefs.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educational experience in a field related to ABA or child development.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work evenings and after school hours.
