We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead RN Supervisor to join our nursing team at Norriton Square Nursing and Rehab Center in Norristown, PA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of our nursing units.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Director of Nursing in the delivery of nursing care and achievement of positive clinical outcomes.
- Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
- Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff and coordinating with other departments.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and minimize the use of overtime and agency personnel.
- Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Have a minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with a minimum of two years of experience in long-term care nursing and one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity.
- Hold a BSN degree and maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
