Bartender - Mixology Expert

BWW Lawton is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

• Guest Interaction: Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions to guests as necessary to enhance their dining experience.
• Order Taking: Take guest drink and food orders from guests seated at the bar or from servers, and input orders into the POS system.
• Drink Preparation: Prepare guests' drinks as ordered, including slicing fruit for garnishing.
• Bar Maintenance: Clean the bar and arrange glasses for an attractive bar display.
• Payment and Settlement: Prepare bills and accept payment or refer guests to the appropriate cashier.
• Post-Service: Clear or reset the bar after each guest leaves and thank guests for their visit, inviting them to return in the future.

• Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Positive Attitude: Demonstrate the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture.
• Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize tasks to ensure efficient service.
• Certification: Valid certification for serving alcohol is required.
