  • Coordinate inbound reverse logistics and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Focus (80%):

  • Ensure driver safety and regulatory compliance through regular audits and training
  • Develop and implement efficient delivery routes, tractor utilization strategies, and driver compensation plans

Secondary Focus (20%):

  • Build strong relationships with drivers through open communication and regular feedback
  • Provide training and support to improve driver performance and address performance gaps
  • Promote a safety culture and evaluate driver performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills and expertise in transportation operations
