Position Details
Client-Focused Methodology:
Manage the entire client engagement process, from planning through to project completion, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
Leadership Duties:
Organize assignments, oversee staff, mentor junior associates, and review the work of entry-level team members.
Technical Proficiency:
Exhibit strong technical tax advisory skills and possess knowledge of essential roles and technical competencies required for the position.
Interpersonal Abilities:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline with 150 credit hours or a Master's Degree in accounting.
CPA certification and a minimum of five years of tax-related experience are mandatory.
Proficient in Microsoft software and adept in Windows environments.
Ability to meet demanding deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Attention to detail, meticulous work habits, and familiarity with Accounting and Tax Preparation Software.
