Role of the Otolaryngologist:
In this role, you will operate both independently and collaboratively alongside three other MD providers and three APP providers within a well-established and highly efficient practice, delivering exceptional care and patient experiences across all areas of Otolaryngology.
Your primary practice location will be at our McKay Dee ENT Clinic, which features in-office Audiology, Allergy services, and CT imaging capabilities. The clinic is integrated within the McKay Dee Hospital, a recognized level II Trauma Center.
Your weekly schedule will consist of approximately 40 hours, with a patient load that allows for meaningful interactions.
Emergency department call is compensated and shared with affiliate providers (currently on a 1:7 rotation).
Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery
Possession of an unrestricted Utah MD or DO license, or the capability to obtain one.
Completion of a U.S. ACGME Residency program.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary with additional earnings based on productivity

Annual allowance for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
Sign-on bonus of $30,000 and relocation assistance up to $20,000 with a two-year commitment.
