We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor in a school-based setting. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing oversight and supervision to a team of behavior technicians, conducting clinical reviews, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians
- Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings and consultations
- Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources
- Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision
- Analyze data and make data-based decisions to inform treatment plans
- Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
- BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
