Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at CPT Rehab. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in various settings, including post-acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, home care, and outpatient services.

Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures for the provision of therapy services in alignment with CPT Rehab and facility goals.
  • Maintain high standards for rehabilitation services.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed for the day-to-day operations of the rehab department.
  • Build strong rapport with patients, their families, third-party payers, and others involved in patient management.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders.
  • Must meet the requirements of the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation or the State of Wisconsin as applicable.
  • Must possess the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or be actively completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
