Position Overview

RDI Technology Partners is a reputable engineering and technology recruitment firm.

We are currently engaged in a critical search for a highly accomplished organization seeking a skilled Technical Pre-Sales Engineer.

This is a permanent, direct-hire W2 opportunity that allows for a hybrid work model, with the potential for 5-6 days of remote work each month.

Travel commitments will involve a few days per week every 2-3 months. This position is closely aligned with the responsibilities of a manufacturing engineer who possesses strong customer interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities

The role necessitates a degree of proficiency in FMEA or DFMEA and experience with plastic injection molding. Additionally, candidates should have a solid background in product process and manufacturability, as well as product design tailored for client needs.

  • Part design
  • Validation testing
  • Failure analysis (FMEA)
  • Customer engagement
  • Simultaneous engineering with manufacturing facilities (both internal and external)
